    Unable to get through to talk to anyone. Tried three times and waited more than a hour for no response.

    Website is hard to find what you are after. Useless phone service, can never get through, be prepared to wait hours on hold. You really have to sort this out Centrelink another absolutely hopeless department.

    I was in and out in 15-20 mins :) best Centrelink experience I've had!

    Was greeted by a man who was polite and smiling and asked what service I needed. After explaining I needed to speak to Medicare and Centrelink, I was told Centrelink would be an hour wait and Medicare would be 15 mins. He booked me into Medicare first, so I could re-enter the Centrelink queue on completion. Didn't even wait 5 mins before I was called up - the woman was friendly and was able to answer everything, then asked what I needed Centrelink for. It was only for a CRN to which she said she could help me with that too! And found my old one from years ago!

    Rang up to ask a question about eligibility but because I dont have a customer reference number they hung up! At least tell me how to get one. I.e. "please visit your nearest branch" or something similar. Just hanging up is incredibly rude.
