    Absolutely useless. Drove from tuggeranong because their printing machine didn't Work, waited 20 minutes in the Braddon store onlu to be told that it was having issues aswell. The rude staff didn't make it any easier and I had to have photos printed by 5pm. Get your act together or tell someone prior that you can't do something instead of wasting my time.

    I want to acknowledge Jocelyn in the print shop for her amazing patience and great advice when my cousin and I were struggling with IT issues when designing a graphic for the funeral of our grandmother last week. She solved all of our problems, recommended appropriate paper stock, and showed us how to get the result we wanted with a smile and no fuss. She's awesome!
